Certain items may be non-refundable based on their nature or condition. Please note we are unable to provide a refund for items that have been used unless they are proved to be faulty.

Shipping costs, including those incurred during the initial purchase and any return shipping fees, are non-refundable. 

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please let us know as soon as possible using the website contact form or by emailing, including details and where possible a photograph highlighting the defect. 

Missing or incorrect items: If you have received your order and you have missing or incorrect items within your order, you must report this within 48 hours of receiving via our website contact forms or email. Please quote your order number, name and address.
